This committee combines the resource management and membership in a focused effort to promote and strengthen the chamber internally. This includes, but is not limited to:
Making sure we provide benefits stated in the application, and brochure to members,
Overseeing chamber decals, the member directory, ribbon cuttings, networking opportunities.
Responsible for membership management and fiscal management.
This committee will be charged with enhancing our existing methods of membership management, which includes new member growth, existing member retention, billing, financial accounting, and office operations.
This committee combines the resources that will develop a comprehensive annual plan that enables the Chamber to attract new and retain existing members through effective communication and member focused services.
This includes the evaluation of current marketing and information pieces and making recommendations for improvement. Also to evaluate the website, develop brochures, oversee the business after hours events, and produce a chamber directory.
This committee combines the job development and infrastructure in a focused effort to maintain and enhance the working relationship between the chamber and the Town of Pembroke and surrounding areas.
This includes, but is not limited to working with the town on the Central Business District (CBD), maintaining relationships with local stakeholders and general advocacy of local business development.
This committee combines the education and quality of life in a focused effort to develop and nurture county-wide partnerships. This include, but is not limited to, working with Robeson County Chamber of Commerce (CC), county schools and county government.
This committee will be charged with coordinating and collaborating existing programs such as Partnerships in Education, Students of Excellence, and regularly attending CC meetings.
